| AE in South Africa serves the country
through providing services to the Church, the business community,
politicians and educational institutions by addressing the continuing
national needs for peace, reconciliation and godly leadership
at all levels, in order to bring about a transformed, healed
society. AE is recognised as a non-denominational and non-racial
organisation well able to broker peace between groups in conflict.
Most importantly, many thousands have been empowered through
AE programmes to develop their own communities.
AE today has teams in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia,
Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda
and Zimbabwe. Support offices in Australia, United Kingdom,
United States of America, Canada, New Zealand and Switzerland
make the organisation truly international.
Four key areas of
AE ministry are:
- missions
- Leadership Development
- Partnership Projects
- Reconciliation and Justice
Accountability:
African Enterprise is a charter member of the Evangelical
Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), and a member of
the Evangelical Fellowship of Mission Agencies (EFMA), and
is a registered non-profit organisation..
Commendations on the effectiveness and authenticity of AE
are available on request from many prominent Christian leaders,
including Billy Graham, Luis Palau, Ted Engstrom, Michael Green
and John Stott.
Philosophy of Partnership:
The core of AE's ministry is partnership, the power of which
was recognised early on by Michael Cassidy and his team. Working
together with Christians from all denominations, para-church
organisations and civic and political strata all over the world
has been a major key to the success of this ministry.
It is in this spirit of ministry partnership that African
Enterprise seeks your assistance through prayer and financial
support. This provision will allow AE to transform the lives
of communities across South Africa. |
